Voice Breakage

Hi,
While using asterisk we are getting voice breakage issue. There are no packet Loss nor jitter buffer issue.

Any ideas how this issue could be fixed ?

I guess this has to be VoIP, but which channel technology?

You’ve already eliminated the only two possible causes, although I would note that the jitter buffer should be in the phone and it is the phone you need to eliminate. (Some phones don’t like timestamps that jump without a change in SSRC.)

You haven’t provided any details that might stir a memory of other problems.
