Urgent help please: Unable to create channel of type 'DAHDI'

i had to re-start our pbx last night and when it came back up, we’re unable to make external phone calls.
we can call from extension to extension, but can’t receive calls from outside, nor make them.

as I suggested… I’m in urgent and desperate help… if someone could assist i’d be extremely greatful…

That says your PRI span is down. Run “dahdi show status” to make sure that you don’t have any alarms on your physical E1 spans. If no alarms, I’d call your E1 provider to see if they can reset your circuit. Sometimes a span will drop out of service and need to be reset by the provider.
