Need a help..Unable to create channel of type 'DAHDI'

Executing [XXXXXXXX@default:1] Dial(“SIP/1000-00000000”, “DAHDI/g0/XXXXXXXXX||tT”) in new stack

XXXXXXX means mobile number that i have dialed.

[Mar 26 11:51:25] NOTICE[13434]: chan_dahdi.c:9103 pri_dchannel: PRI got event: HDLC Bad FCS (8) on Primary D-channel of span 1
