OS Version:
Linux localhost.localdomain 2.6.18-194.el5 #1 SMP Fri Apr 2 14:58:35 EDT 2010 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

Asterisk Build:
Asterisk/C.3.7.2
Asterisk GUI-version : 2.0.6.3

i want to know the new latest version of above asterisk
–where i can get the latest version download and the steps to be followed.

any kind concern advice on this…

The Asterisk version is a commercial version of Asterisk. I suspect there may be no direct successor currently supported. I’m not sure which open source version it corresponds to.

Asterisk GUI is a dead product. There is definitely no current version.

If you want a commercially supported Asterisk, you probably want to talk to the DIgium sales people. If you want an open source GUI version, you should look at freepbx.org/
