Understanding sip show channelstats?

Hello

I am trying to understand this command. I get the following output

Peer Call ID Duration Recv: Pack Lost ( %) Jitter Send: Pack Lost ( %) Jitter ipaddr1 72a4269eb87 00:03:52 0000011552 0000000003 ( 0.03%) 000000 0000011563 0000000108 ( 0.93%) 000000 ipaddr2 AI1FB5283E8 00:06:00 0000017961 0000000000 ( 0.00%) 000000 0000017962 0000000000 ( 0.00%) 000000

which makes me think the quality is ok. However, I am getting sometimes this:

Peer Call ID Duration Recv: Pack Lost ( %) Jitter Send: Pack Lost ( %) Jitter ipaddr3 73c0f5da380 0000004466 0000007790 (63.56%) 000000 0000004485 0000000006 ( 0.13%) 000000

However, as I am the one making this call, the audio quality is fine, both end - How can this be with 64% packet loss ?

Thanks for the feedback,

J.

I know this is an old thread, but it came up in my searches on a similar question.

Before I open yet another thread, did you ever find an explanation?
