Unattendeded port listening

Dear Team.

Freshly compiled & installed Asterisk.

Port configuretion is, port 5060 tcp + udp & 5061 tls.

Agter restart Asterisl pick configured ports + another unattended.
And every restart, the port is different.

Could someone point me to how to configure or disable this radom port binding?

There is no team. People here are informally organised volunteers.

I think it is probably the source port for DNS requests and would require a code change. Also locking it down would make the system more vulnerable, as it would give a known target.
