Unable to simulate missed call

Dear All,

Thanks in advance,

We are able developed a system in which a user calls to a PRI number and
without answering the call we execute a AGI script which sends a SMS to user.
In this case users are not charged but problem is that user did not get any
ring or intimation during call.
How we can simulate a missed call so that ring can be listened at user end and after 2-3 ring
users call can be hungup.

Use the Ringing() application. Note this sort of use may be considered a violation of fair use policies.
