I am unable to open my GUI Webpage of my asterisk any more while booting up my asterisk i have noticed following thing. If it is not opening due to that reason please post me how i can resolve this issue.
Oct 10 17:38:47 asterisk httpd: httpd: Could not determine the server's fully qualified domain name,
using 127.0.0.1 for ServerName
Oct 10 17:38:58 asterisk httpd: httpd startup failed
Unable to open web page hence cannot create extensions and perform other things.

unsure wth this has to do with Asterisk !
did you make changes to your /etc/hosts file ? post the appropriate bit from /var/log/httpd/error_log for the service startup failure
This is a linux issue and not an asterisk one. Seems that your hostname is not set up correctly or possbily that you have not set up DNS properly.
Look in /etc/rc.d/inet.d/ for httpd. If you find it there type /etc/rc.d/inet.d/httpd start (or restart) and this should start web services again. I believe on Redhat it is something like service httpd start.
Just curious but can you get to it via 127.0.0.1?
