Unable to hear voice from static ip using asterisk-asterisk-15.6.0

unable to hear prompts from static ip, whereas the same is able to hear within LAN.

My static ip is natted to the local ip. and use the configuration as below. At firewall all ports are allowed. I am able to register successfully.

SIP conf is as below.

You have set none of the primary NAT parameters, e.g. externip and localnets nat= is just additional tweaking to work round some issues, particularly when the peer is inside NAT and Asterisk isn’t

thanks david. will set those params and confirm. Whereas in 10 version same is working without these params
