"trying to resume"

hello all

we are running version 1.4 of asterisk and using Linksys spa942 handsets

recently i have been getting complaints from agents that when they have received a call, they transfered the call to someone else, if the person they are trying to tranfer it too is busy so the agent tries to get the caller back they are getting a message on the the phone to say “trying to resume”

they are unable to retrive the call an it ends up dropping

any ideas?
