Transfered Calls Dropped

I am running 1.2.14 svn rev 48468.

Whenever a call goes into a queue, is picked up, and then transfered to an extension it is dropped after 30 seconds if the call is not answered. The call is immediately dropped if the endpoint is on do-not-disturb.

Calling externally or internally to an extension yields an expected prompt to leave a voicemail if the endpoint is busy or no one answers. Therefore, I know it only occurs when a call is answered from a queue and then transfered to an extension.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
