Transfer calls !?

Hi,
as far as I know, there are two ways of transfering calls, one is by using flash switch and the other can be configured in features.conf (# - blind and *2 - attended transfer).
What of these two I should use, which one is easier to configure and wich one is more reliable?
I’m using mostly SIP and ZAP channels…

What are you, guys, use for call transfer ?

That depends…

With analog zap channels I’d use hookswitch flash.

With digital zap channels I’d use what the interface supports. (ISDN would be different from, say, and e&m signally T1)

With sip, you can’t flash the hookswitch, so I’d use whatever method your client uses.

Every interface is different.
