Any one would like to guide me to transfer call between asterisk boxes.
It means How I can transfer a one pbx call to other pbx.

the easiest way would be to setup a trunk between the 2 Asterisk boxes (IAX would be the preferred protocol) and write a dialplan on each that allowed the calls from each domain to be routed via the trunk when needed.
