The TLS problem

Hello， friends i set the TLS ， but when sip reload and restart asterisk , i can’t find 5061 port?
Does anyone know what reason is it?

I’d suggest providing the configuration as well as checking your console output to see if there’s any errors on load which would provide information on why it would not be bound.
