There really isn’t a “certification” program for Asterisk Open Source.

Asterisk Business Edition is tested and supported with certain products. The list can be found here:

Note that ABE is still on the 1.2 branch and is not 100% like the open source version but is close enough that anything that works on ABE should work just as well on the Open Source version.
