TDM400P can't make outgoing calls with dahdi

Hi,

I’ve got a Digium TDM400P with 2x FXO running on CentOS release 5.5 (Final) with Asterisk 1.6.2.16.1 and I’m having trouble dialing out with the dahdi: Version: 2.4.0 drivers. Here are my configs:

/etc/dahdi/system.conf

/etc/asterisk/chan_dahdi.conf

is blank

when I use dahdi_tool i can pickup the receiver on the first channel and it’s detected but on the 2nd channel it’s not detected, there is no dialtone.

any ideas would be greatly appreciated

I added

#include dahdi-channels.conf

to the /etc/asterisk/chan_dahdi.conf

and now channel 1 works but not channel 2

please run the command: dahdi show channles?

I changed around the pots modules so that 3 are occupied now

but the only one that works correctly is the 3rd, could the modules be ruined?
