TDM400, Asterisk doesn't receive call from outside?

Hello,

zaptel-1.2.20.1
asterisk-1.2.22

But nothing happens when I call my asterisk? it’s port is connected to Telelphone company same as before,

I used to work with Asterisk, as soon as I upgraded to 1.2.22 this happend,
Any body knows why?
What can I do?
