Forgive me if there are posts on this elsewhere. I’ve seen a lot of t38 posts, many with no responses and none that seem relevant to my problem.
I’m looking for help with inbound t.38. I have successfully transmitted faxes from an Asterisk 1.6.0.6 box. I have not yet been able to receive a fax on that box. I’ve tried through our sip sp, no go, the transmission just times out. Then I tried a loopback, same thing.
I then tried on CallWeaver. Same problem through the sip sp (so maybe a t.38 issue at the sp) but the loopback works.
I then tried again with 1.6.0.6 and it is still broken.
I’d be grateful for any pointers.
