My company recently migrated from using Switchvox to Asterisk, mostly to allow for some screen pop functionality with Vtiger. Asterisk is being maintained by a third party.
Our tech support folks are missing the functionality on the Switchboard, primarily involving presence. The third party has enabled a report that is accessed through the user portal.
I was hoping to find something a bit more polished and Switchboard-like. Are there any recommended add-ons or applications that we could use?
