Spawn extension error

I got the following error. Does antybody know what the problem is?

== Spawn extension (default, 6067, 1) exited non-zero on ‘SIP/6065-00795e70’
== Spawn extension (default, 6012, 1) exited non-zero on ‘SIP/6010-0079c830’

The application that HangUp the channel have returned a non-zero result.

Anyway in most cases that’s not an error. If there are any errors Asterisk outputs them with an (red) ERROR tag…
