I have a spa941 and i want it to have two extensions, lets say 100 and 101. Now i set up 100 on ext. tab 1 and 101 on tab 2. Both seem to register and the phone knows if 100 or 101 has mail. When i call 101 “ext 2” i get the message, this user is on the phone. any ideas??
Probably because the phone is set up that if you are on the phone to reject the call. I have never played with the SPA-941. I am guessing it is a config issue. Look through the configurations on the phone.
Could you post the sip.conf files for the two extensions that you’re using on the SPA941?
Also the part of your ext.conf file that dials those stations would be helpful.
