Hi everybody,
we’re running Asterisk on some servers - interconnected via IAX2.
Asterisk: 1.4.21.2
OS on central server: CentOS 5.2 (i386)
OS on peripheral srv: Kubuntu 8.04 (i386)
IAX authentication: RSA (pub+key)
SOMETIMES we run into the problem that our central server (=the gateway to the PSTN) doesn’t accept routing calls to other servers via IAX2 - error message as follows:
[Sep 16 11:03:45] WARNING[16231] chan_iax2.c: Call rejected by 213.185.164.120: No authority found
After restarting the Asterisk service on the central server the problem’s gone - a few days (or a few hundred calls) later it happens again. Basically there seems to be no configuration problem - in my opinion it may be a buffer problem or something like that - for the reason that a restart ALWAYS helps.
Has anyone of you experienced this phenoma/problem before?
