Sip trunk registration times out

Im using asterisk 10.12.3 with freepbx 2.11.0

Yesterday I changed sip trunk provider and I can’t seem to be able to register with them.

Note : previous trunk was working with current unmodified settings (asterisk side)i’m reffering to nat,ip etc…i was able to place calls with no problems

I have tested trunk functionality with x-lite and it works…it just wont work with my pbx.

Current trunk outgoing settings are :

canreinvite=no
context=incoming
host=atlanta.clearswitch.net

username=xxx
disallow=all
allow=ulaw&g729
fromuser=xxx

nat=yes

And of course the registration string , xxx:yyy@atlanta.clearswitch.net

I’ve started sip debug in the cli and this is what im getting :

You are not getting any responses. The fault could be anywhere from sending to the wrong address to firewalling against the reply.

the address atlanta.clearswitch.net is correct 100 %, ive also disabled iptables and fail2ban and it still wont work. are there any other settings that i should check ?

Could they have run something like fail2ban against you for failing too many times?

hmm dont think so, im pretty sure its something wrong with my pbx…
