Problem to register trunk

Hi,
I have this structure:
172.16.1.2 <----> 192.168.1.2 <----> 192.168.1.3 <—> 10.1.1.2
asterisk <----> pptp vpn<----> pptp vpn<—> fusionpbx

I can’t register trunk from asterisk to fusionpbx, but I can registred on fusionpbx via that network (172.16.1.3 my client ip)
port 5060 is open, I put tcpdump from asterisk in this post, and then fusionpbx on another post:

Asterisk 13 is no longer supported.

There are no REGISTER attempts in this trace.

Why are you using REGISTER when you seem to know both IP addresses?

Generally we prefer traces produced by Asterisk, as we are familiar with the format, if taken correctly, have time stamps, and are interleaved with other logging messages.

Also we’d expect to be told whether you using chan_sip or chan_pjsip, and the contents of the relevant configuration file. Also, the output from various sip or pjsip show commands.
