Ok yes, this might take some work on everyone’s part, or maybe theres already a tutorial out there, but I’m trying to setup a Cisco SPA8000 for my home office. I have the Asterisk box setup, and that is working. I just have no clue how to send the traffic through the SPA8000 to my eight analog phones.
If you need any more information, please ask! I am trying my hardest to search the internet on how to set this up!
Think that you have to configure all the sip accounts in the voice tab.
Guess that for every phone port you have to configure a sip account.
Quoting form the setup guide “Active Internet phone service accounts and settings (if connecting to Internet phone service)”
In your case the internet phone service would be the Asterisk box.
There might be some issues if you use the spa8000 also as your dsl modem…

Thanks! Although I did find that online, it didn’t work in the beginning. After a bit more tinkering, I was able to get it to work. I have no idea what I did to get it to work lol, but it’s working now!
