Set extension number in dial application function

bleow dial plan shows how i call softphone node on receiving _2XXX call.

exten => _2xxx,1,Noop(${EXTEN})
same=> n,Dial(PJSIP/softphone)

every thing works ok. but there is no extension number in outgoing INVITE message:

this is the log of invite message:

how can i change the dial plan to get the dialed number in softphone?

Use the third or fourth examples in:

https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Dialing+PJSIP+Channels

The third is the most general. The fourth only overrides the user part.
