Session reference counter

Hi

I am using Asterisk 16.5.0 with PJSIP , getting this error and calls disconnect .
This is the only error i am getting in messages log . can you help me with this please .
I have tried to find out how we to control this value if possible but not seeing any relevant info

I see this log before calls disconnect .

Your version of Asterisk is over a year old, and bundled PJSIP has also been updated since then. I would suggest updating to ensure things haven’t been fixed or changed already.
