Sending Fax Issue

Hi,

I am using the Digium Fax for send/recevie fax. When I am making the call on fax number from asterisk. I am getting the follwoing errors. Here I am posting the log :

Can any one help me out to identify this issue.

Your SP provider doesn’t allow you to send fax. Find a better SP provider or get an FXO card.

Providing the actual SDP negotiation would help confirm this diagnosis.

I don’t know if the Digium fax module will allow direct modem audio over SIP, but if it does, and there is no T.38 service from the provider, you will need G.711 (mu or A law, depending on you country) as an allowed codec, both in Asterisk and in the service provider - all the way through to the PSTN.

Thanks for your information. I believe my voip service provide doesn’t allow the fax.
