We have asterisk server running with asterisk 1.6.2.15 and a2billing. We install Fax for asterisk but still we cannot send and receive fax.

As you have two channels licensed, I presume you purchased licences. In that case, you should be able to get support from Digium. This board does not provide official support from Digium.

I would note, though, that Asterisk 1.6 hasn’t been supported for some time now.

(If you had the 1 channel, free, licence, there is is a specific forum on this board, but that is not officially answered by Digium.)

You will probably need to provide detailed logs.

What kind of logs you need maybe i can provide you

You need to get initial support from the a2billing people. There is no evidence of any attempt to use fax in that trace, and all the logic is hidden in their AGI application.
