Ring group call rejected

Hi,
Having this problem twice, extension to extension call ok but not extension call to ring group. Call rejected.
When restart using /etc/init.d/asterisk restart not working. Only after restart with command amprotal restart, then the ring group is working. Anyone having similar problem ?

Asterisk version : 1.8.12.0
Freepbx : 2.10

This is a FreePBX question, as Asterisk doesn’t have ring groups as a basic construct.
