I am sure this issue is a quite common one. However, I have browsed thru the forum, I couldn’t find the exact same one with what I have with mine.
Here is the message I got when I tried to call the extension:
== Using SIP RTP CoS mark 5

== Using SIP RTP CoS mark 5
– Called 810
– Got SIP response 486 “Busy Here” back from 24.81.15.66
– SIP/810-00005505 is busy
== Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:1/0/0)
– Executing [s@macro-stdexten:4] Goto(“SIP/801-00005504”, “s-BUSY,1”) in new stack
When I do “sip show peers” :
810/810 24.81.15.66 D N 2048 Unmonitored
I am not quite sure why that extension always returned “Busy Here”. Probably it’s a very simple solution. However, I have been looking thru this for a few days and I still couldn’t the solution. Thanks!
