[RESOLVED] Release Notes for Asterisk

Hi, I spent some time but couldn’t find the release notes (change log) for Asterisk. In particular, I’d like to know what’s new since 1.4.13, in technical terms. Also I wonder what the difference between 1.4 and 1.6 is.
