i’ve recently tried to use zoiper and xlite to connect my configuration setup in sip.conf and it just didnt work ,im a novice in the field , this is not a production environment its totaly my local computer and yes i did use ufw allow proto tcp from any to any port 5060,5061 when setting up my asterisk server
all the information required are in the photos including my os version and asterisk latest version 20.8.1

Please do not use photographs of screens, or even screenshots; they are difficult to read and cannot be searched easily.
You should not be using chan_sip on a new system, and, in fact, you should have to take extra steps for it to even be built and loaded on Asterisk 20. Theses messages are from chan_pjsip, which uses pjsip.conf.
It’s failing because you have a sufficiently valid pjsip.conf for chan_pjsip to load, but it does not contain the configuration for your devices.
