Res_config_mysql.c made changes needed to compile?

hi all:
if i did changes to res_config_mysql.c , do i have to compile asterisk , to take the changes ,because i tried to restart and reload but asterisk didnt take the changes , thanks

Yes, you must recompile the module and install the resulting .so file.
