Request for bandwidth.com configuration with Asterisk

Hi,

Operating System - Ubuntu 12.04 (64-Bit)
Asterisk Version - 11.0

I have the bandwidth.com user ID, password, IP address and USA DID number. But, I could not able to figure out how to configure my Asterisk server with bandwidth.com. I searched in Google. But, got the FreePBX configuration.

Can anybody post the sip.conf and extensions.conf files to configure bandwidth.com with Asterisk?

I already asked my provider. But, they are not willing to share the information officially. If you know how to configure, please let me know.

Use the FreePBX configuration.

However, if your provider is not prepared to support you, either you are doing something like using them outside their intended use (e.g. using a service intended for a single phone with a PABX), or they are not a competent supplier.
