Edit: This issue has been resolved due to an error on the Bandwidth.com side of things… Can anyone post some sample sip.conf and extensions.conf settings for connecting an Asterisk v1.4.4 to bandwidth.com service? I just service from bandwidth.com and have inbound working, but outbound has me stymied. I keep getting this message when attempting an outbound call:
