Registration issues 120 miliseconds

Dear people,

I have a serious registration issues between Asterisk and a peer.
we have also connected Cisco Ata 112’s in the field to the peer without any problems.

The problem: After a first sip reload all works fine, an incoming call is accepted by asterisk and phone rings, this works ca. 2 minutes, after a new reload its works fine again an so on…
When it does not works it response with 401.

This is the config, I change the Ip addresses and credentials:

An extra note, I run Asterisk 13.7.0

401 it is the normal behaviour for a device which requires authentication. The second registration
request from the device should contain the hashed secret,

Thanks for your answer, understand but the second request is not coming and fails, when I reload SIP it works again for a couple off minutes and the second registration is ok.
and so on, it looks like its not fully trusted after a couple off minutes.

You’ll need to provide the actual SIP trace showing what is happening.
