Recordings merged/missed

Hello, I am using Vicidial call center suite which runs on Asterisk. I have posted this question on their platform too. But if I would really appreciate if anybody here can share his experience and ideas. My system has been working well. But now I found an issue that when I open a customer’s recording, I found that the audio belongs to some another customer. Does it happen so that recording gets created against wrong asterisk channel. I am not able to find the actual recording. When i listen to it, it belongs to some other customer, although its present against the customer information where it should be.

Posting to the Vicidial forums is the correct thing to do.
