Im sure your question makes sense to you, but you want to record WHAT before the playback of WHAT ?

When I have a call I wait 10 seconde and if I don’t reply there is my voicemail. The voicemail play the playback " the person is unreachble…" and there are the bip and the record starting . What I want is to start recording before ,“the person is …”.
I hope I have been clear
