Realtime dialplan change without reloading

Hi there,

I have a problem about Realtime configuration on database table. When I change extension table on database, asterisk don’t need to reload on CLI but when I change dialplan configuration on table, asterisk need to reaload on CLI. How can I do that? Any idea or it can be possible?
