Wanted to confirm that what we are seeing isn’t what should be expected.
We have queues and endpoints running in realtime.
When a queue has ringinuse set to yes, if a members endpoint is offline (“device state: UNAVAILABLE” and show queue reports its unavailable - (ringinuse enabled) (realtime) (Unavailable) ), the queue application still sends the call to that member. Subsequently, if that member has voicemail or some other destination setup via dialplan, then the call follows heads to that destination.
We would expect that if a member/endpoint is offline, then the Queue application wouldn’t send the call to that member.
Is that not correct?
