Queue RingAll Strategy Report

Hi,

I’m having an issue with the Queue reports which has RingAll strategy as the beow scenario.

If I have a queue with RingAll strategy and this queue has 4 agents, once the queue receive a call and one of the 4 agents answers.
In the queue reports shows 4 lines (1 answered call and 3 no answer) which increase the no answer lines.
And that is not accurate it should only shows one line with the answered call.

Is there any change I can do to resolve this issue?

What “Queue reports” are you referring to?

From the CDR reports, I download the csv file and it shows that.

Have you created the dialplan for this system yourself, or are you using
something such as FreePBX or Issabel on top of Asterisk?
