I’m having an issue with the Queue reports which has RingAll strategy as the beow scenario.
If I have a queue with RingAll strategy and this queue has 4 agents, once the queue receive a call and one of the 4 agents answers.
In the queue reports shows 4 lines (1 answered call and 3 no answer) which increase the no answer lines.
And that is not accurate it should only shows one line with the answered call.
Is there any change I can do to resolve this issue?
