Hi.

I have some problems with use queue app.

My problem :

  1. New callers in queue, but no free members
  2. Caller hears announce and at the same time releases the member
  3. How break announce and connect the caller to the member ?

Make the announcement part of the music on hold!

In this case - How to announce the position and time to answer ?

It can’t be done in the version that I use. I can’t be sure if that area has been re-worked since.
