What is the problem you are trying to solve? The answer to your direct question is nowhere in terms of CLI capabilities, and, even at a deep level, I think the information is only held in the table that sip show peers displays.
I needed to registered phones for my php. Already solved by parsing “sip show peers” and “iax show peers” =)
