I have been trying to provision the cisco 7960g with switchvox and have been unsuccessful. I upgraded the firmware to sip using image version pos3-08-0-00. The phone comes up with the line1 name but the icon shows a phone with an x next to it. I am unable to call to it. When I check the switchvox diagnostic it shows that it can ping the phone but the extension is unreachable. I have telnetted to the phone and ran the following commands:
