Problems with inbound calls via g729 codec on Cisco 7206

Hello friends… i have the following issue, recently i have purchased a SIP trunking service with a local provider, he has a Cisco 7206 and is sending me the calls via g729 codec. I have setup the trunk and i can make outbound calls without problems, the problem is when i do an inbound call, the internal phone rings well but when i pick up the phone the call is finished with: Got SIP response 486 “Busy here” back from i thought the problem was with the free g729 codec then i ask my provider to send me the call via g711 to test, and with this codec the inbound call was made without problems, then i buy a g729 codec licence from digium to test and to know if the free codec has this limitation but not, the result is the same, and really i don’t know what to do, i was looking for information on the web but there is nothing, some people have the same problem but almost there is no response…

you would need to post up a sip trace of this happening for us to offer anything useful.

from the asterisk CLI, just issue a “sip set debug” capture everything for the call and paste it here. Once done, “sip set debug off” to disable.

Hi, thank you for your reply, here is the link to where i was posted a Call debug. I called from my cell phone to the DID number given from my sip trunk provider.
