If I call my * and reach the voicemail system I got this mistakes. Can you tell me how I can fix the problem?

[Aug 11 17:31:32] WARNING[17753]: app_voicemail.c:2610 retrieve_file: Failed to obtain database object for 'asterisk'!Because of this problem I can’t give users the probatility to record there own texts. The databases doesn’t know the know texts after saving.
My asterisk version: 1.6.0.9
