Problem with 3 way call recording

Hi,

I am using softphone clients (X-PRO) and SIP trunk on aserisk 1.2.6 with Ulaw codec. problem i am facing is the voice recording lags (3rd Party only)when we dial a conference call using XPRO.
Any Suggestion?
