Problem downloading zaptel drivers

I Have been trying to download zaptel driver using this command and link
"wget ftp.digium.com/pub/zaptel/releas … .11.tar.gz

and I keep getting.
Connecting to ftp.digium.com 216.27.40.102. :80…
then I get a fail and it will retry

Does any Know what I may be doing wrong? or is this sight -ftp down?
