PRI "busy" issue

We have 2 PRIs going into a Digium card (The 4 port PRI (5V)). We get a message “All Circuits are Busy” frequently when trying to dial out. The following error message shows up in the logs:

    -- Called g1/18886544630
    -- Channel 0/1, span 1 got hangup
    -- Hungup 'Zap/1-1'

I think it may have something to do with our second PRI, here are some configs

zaptel.conf

please post a pri debug. thnx

Sorry, normally this issue is happens rarely, but I was just noticing a number I can reproduce it on, so posted it here since I now have error messages to report about. However, the number I was dialing was actually out of service. When this normally happens, it will give the “all circuits busy” error (AMP system connected to normal asterisk server), but it is intermittant. When we get it, I get a console up and it no longer happens. I’ll keep trying to catch a genuine issue, not a disconnected number.

Have you run zttool are you geting any missed interupts?

Here’s the output (I’m not familiar)

TE410P (PCI) Card 0 Span 1

Edit: Oh, I guess I am getting some missed interrupts.

Uptime:
15:42:08 up 138 days, 18:59, 3 users, load average: 0.04, 0.13, 0.11
(To give you a point of reference - in case some missed interrupts are normal)[/i]

restart the machine, than show us the missed interrupts after 1 day for example. (the output you gave are the missed interrupts since the last reboot)

While browsing through the forum, I noticed this topic; I have a party with the very same problem. Is there by any chance further info on this one ? I’d be very interrested in hearing about a fix for this.

We have the same kinda same problem with our 30 channel PRI. (Digium card)
Randomly says “all curcuits are busy” when trying to make outside call. When u try a few second later all works fine.

Sometimes we get it before the call even goes through to PSTN. Sometimes after 5 or 6 rings etc.

Any info in this matter appreciated.
